This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) explains what is and is not allowed when using LinkPul’s websites, applications, dashboards, APIs, short link services, QR code services, analytics tools, redirect features, custom domains, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
This Policy is part of our Terms of Service. By using LinkPul, you agree to comply with this Policy.
The Service is operated by ADPUL DIGITAL PAYMENT SERVICES – FZCO (“LinkPul”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Purpose of This Policy
LinkPul helps users create, manage, route, and measure short links and QR codes. Because links and QR codes can be used to send people to third-party websites, we take abuse prevention seriously.
This Policy is designed to protect:
- LinkPul users;
- People who click short links or scan QR codes;
- Brands, platforms, and service providers;
- The security and reputation of LinkPul’s infrastructure;
- The wider internet ecosystem.
You are responsible for all links, QR codes, redirects, domains, campaigns, content, and activity created through your account or workspace.
2. Prohibited Uses
You may not use LinkPul for any activity that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or that creates security, legal, reputational, or operational risk.
The following uses are prohibited.
3. Phishing, Fraud, and Deception
You may not use LinkPul to create, distribute, or promote links or QR codes that are designed to deceive, mislead, or defraud users.
Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:
- Phishing pages;
- Credential theft;
- Fake login pages;
- Fake payment pages;
- Fake customer support pages;
- Impersonation of companies, platforms, banks, government agencies, or individuals;
- Investment scams;
- Giveaway scams;
- Fake prize, reward, airdrop, or lottery campaigns;
- Deceptive redirects that hide the real destination or purpose of a link;
Misleading branding that falsely suggests affiliation with another company or organization.
4. Malware and Harmful Software
You may not use LinkPul to distribute, host, link to, or facilitate access to malware or harmful software.
Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:
- Malware;
- Ransomware;
- Spyware;
- Trojans;
- Viruses;
- Keyloggers;
- Credential stealers;
- Botnets;
- Exploit kits;
- Drive-by downloads;
- Unauthorized tracking or surveillance software;
Files, scripts, or websites designed to compromise devices, accounts, systems, or networks.
5. Spam and Unsolicited Messaging
You may not use LinkPul to support spam, abusive messaging, or unsolicited bulk communications.
Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:
- Sending unsolicited bulk email, SMS, direct messages, or push notifications;
- Using short links to evade spam filters or platform moderation;
- Creating large volumes of links for spam campaigns;
- Using misleading link text, previews, or metadata to increase clicks;
- Distributing links through compromised accounts, bots, or fake profiles;
- Using LinkPul in violation of email, messaging, advertising, or anti-spam laws.
6. Illegal or Regulated Goods and Services
You may not use LinkPul to promote, sell, distribute, or facilitate illegal goods, illegal services, or activities that violate applicable laws.
Restricted or prohibited categories may include:
- Illegal drugs or controlled substances;
- Counterfeit goods;
- Stolen goods;
- Illegal weapons or explosives;
- Human trafficking or exploitation;
- Fraudulent financial services;
- Unauthorized gambling;
- Illegal hacking services;
- Documents, credentials, or accounts obtained unlawfully;
Any other products, services, or activities prohibited by applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property Infringement
You may not use LinkPul to infringe or facilitate infringement of intellectual property rights.
Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:
- Linking to pirated software, movies, music, games, books, manga, or other copyrighted content;
- Promoting counterfeit branded goods;
- Misusing trademarks or brand names in a deceptive way;
- Sharing unauthorized download links;
- Circumventing copyright enforcement or platform moderation.
We may remove or disable links, QR codes, domains, or accounts that are reported for intellectual property infringement or that appear to violate applicable rights.
8. Privacy Violations and Personal Data Abuse
You may not use LinkPul to violate privacy rights or misuse personal data.
Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:
- Doxxing;
- Sharing personal information without authorization;
- Linking to leaked databases;
- Distributing private images, documents, or communications without consent;
- Collecting personal data through deceptive forms;
- Tracking users in violation of applicable privacy laws;
Using LinkPul analytics, tracking, or redirects without required notice or consent.
You are responsible for complying with privacy laws, consent requirements, cookie rules, advertising rules, and data protection obligations that apply to your campaigns.
9. Harmful or High-Risk Content
You may not use LinkPul to promote or distribute content that is harmful, abusive, exploitative, or creates serious risk.
This may include:
- Content that promotes violence or serious harm;
- Terrorist or extremist content;
- Hate, harassment, or targeted abuse;
- Non-consensual intimate content;
- Child sexual abuse material or exploitation;
- Self-harm or suicide encouragement;
- Blackmail, extortion, or threats;
- Content intended to intimidate, exploit, or endanger people.
We reserve the right to remove or disable any link, QR code, domain, account, or workspace that we believe creates safety, legal, or platform risk.
10. Platform Abuse and Technical Misuse
You may not misuse LinkPul’s systems, infrastructure, APIs, or features.
Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to LinkPul systems or user accounts;
- Bypassing authentication, permissions, usage limits, rate limits, or security controls;
- Scraping, scanning, probing, or testing systems without authorization;
- Interfering with the availability, integrity, or performance of the Service;
- Creating excessive traffic that degrades the Service;
- Using bots, scripts, or automation to abuse free plans or create links at scale;
- Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the Service without permission;
- Creating accounts to evade suspension, enforcement, or plan limits.
11. Custom Domains
If you connect a custom domain to LinkPul, you are responsible for how that domain is used.
You may not use custom domains for:
- Phishing;
- Malware;
- Spam;
- Impersonation;
- Fraud;
- Illegal content;
- Deceptive redirects;
- Abuse of LinkPul or third-party platforms.
We may reject, suspend, remove, or disable a custom domain if it violates this Policy, damages LinkPul’s reputation, or creates security, legal, operational, or deliverability risk.
12. QR Code Use
QR codes created through LinkPul must comply with this Policy.
You may not use QR codes to:
- Hide harmful or deceptive destinations;
- Mislead users in physical locations;
- Replace legitimate QR codes with malicious ones;
- Facilitate phishing, fraud, malware, or spam;
- Direct users to illegal or unsafe content.
Because QR codes are often used offline, you are responsible for ensuring that the printed or distributed QR code accurately represents the destination and campaign purpose.
13. API Use
If you use the LinkPul API, you must use it responsibly and within your authorized limits.
You may not use the API to:
- Create abusive links or QR codes at scale;
- Circumvent plan limits;
- Hide malicious destinations;
- Automate spam campaigns;
- Overload LinkPul systems;
- Resell unauthorized access;
- Create accounts, links, domains, or campaigns that violate this Policy.
We may throttle, limit, suspend, or revoke API access at any time if we detect misuse or risk.
14. Enforcement
If we believe that your activity violates this Policy, our Terms of Service, applicable law, or creates risk, we may take action.
Enforcement actions may include:
- Disabling a short link;
- Disabling a QR code;
- Showing an interstitial warning page;
- Blocking a destination URL;
- Removing or suspending a custom domain;
- Limiting account features;
- Suspending or terminating an account or workspace;
- Throttling or revoking API access;
- Preserving records for investigation;
Reporting activity to hosting providers, domain registrars, security vendors, payment providers, platforms, regulators, or law enforcement where appropriate.
We may take action with or without prior notice, depending on the severity and urgency of the issue.
15. Reporting Abuse
If you believe a LinkPul short link, QR code, custom domain, or account is being used for abuse, please report it through our Report Abuse page:

Please include as much information as possible, such as:
- The LinkPul short link or QR code URL;
- The final destination URL, if known;
- The type of abuse;
- Screenshots or evidence;
- Your contact email;
- Any urgent safety or legal concern.
Examples of report categories include:
- Phishing;
- Malware;
- Spam;
- Fraud or scam;
- Impersonation;
- Trademark or copyright issue;
- Privacy violation;
- Harmful or illegal content;
- Other abuse.
16. Appeals
If you believe your link, QR code, domain, account, or workspace was restricted by mistake, you may contact us and request a review.
Please include:
Your account email;
- The affected short link, QR code, domain, or workspace;
- A clear explanation of why you believe the action was incorrect;
- Any supporting evidence.
We may review appeals at our discretion. Submission of an appeal does not guarantee reinstatement.
17. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy at any time. Continued use of LinkPul means acceptance of changes.
Your continued use of LinkPul after changes become effective means you accept the updated Policy.
