Security at LinkPul
Last updated: June 20, 2026
At LinkPul, security is a core part of how we build and operate our short link, QR code, redirect, and analytics platform. Because links and QR codes connect users across digital and offline channels, we take abuse prevention, data protection, and platform reliability seriously.
The LinkPul Service is operated by ADPUL DIGITAL PAYMENT SERVICES – FZCO.
1. Our Security Approach
LinkPul is designed to help users create and manage links safely while protecting the integrity of our platform.
Our security program focuses on:
- Protecting user accounts and workspaces;
- Securing short links, QR codes, redirects, and analytics data;
- Detecting and preventing abuse such as phishing, malware, spam, and fraud;
- Maintaining reliable platform operations;
- Limiting access to sensitive systems and data;
- Responding quickly to security reports and incidents.
2. Data Protection
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information processed through LinkPul.
These measures may include:
- HTTPS encryption for data in transit;
- Access controls for internal systems;
- Authentication for user accounts;
- Logging and monitoring of security-relevant events;
- Infrastructure-level security protections;
- Regular review of security settings and operational practices.
No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we continuously work to reduce risk and improve our controls.
3. Account Security
Users are responsible for keeping their accounts secure. We recommend:
- Using a strong and unique password;
- Keeping your email account secure;
- Avoiding sharing login credentials;
- Regularly reviewing workspace members and permissions;
- Removing users who no longer need access;
- Contacting us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Where available, we recommend enabling additional account protection features.
4. Workspace and Permission Management
For teams and organizations, LinkPul may provide workspace-level controls to help manage access.
Workspace owners and admins are responsible for:
- Inviting only authorized users;
- Assigning appropriate permissions;
- Reviewing user access regularly;
- Removing inactive or former team members;
- Monitoring link and campaign activity.
5. Link and QR Code Abuse Prevention
Short links and QR codes can be misused to hide harmful destinations. We use automated systems, manual review, user reports, and third-party security signals to detect suspicious activity.
We may block, disable, suspend, or add warning pages to links or QR codes associated with:
- Phishing;
- Malware;
- Credential theft;
- Spam;
- Fraud;
- Impersonation;
- Deceptive redirects;
- Illegal or harmful content;
- Violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
We may also suspend accounts, domains, or workspaces involved in abuse.
6. Custom Domain Security
If you connect a custom domain to LinkPul, you are responsible for securing and maintaining that domain.
We recommend:
- Keeping domain registration active;
- Protecting registrar access with strong authentication;
- Configuring DNS records carefully;
- Monitoring domain reputation;
- Removing unused domains;
- Avoiding unnecessary access sharing.
LinkPul may restrict or disable domains that create security, abuse, legal, or reputational risk.
7. Infrastructure and Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service for link redirects, QR code access, and analytics.
Our operational practices may include:
- Monitoring service availability;
- Reviewing infrastructure logs;
- Using reputable infrastructure providers;
- Applying updates and security patches;
- Investigating abnormal traffic patterns;
- Mitigating abuse or overload.
