Welcome to LinkPul. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LinkPul’s websites, applications, dashboards, APIs, short link services, QR code services, analytics tools, redirect features, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

The Service is operated by ADPUL DIGITAL PAYMENT SERVICES – FZCO (“LinkPul”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Our Service

LinkPul provides tools for creating, managing, routing, and measuring short links, QR codes, and related digital connection assets. The Service may include:

  • URL shortening;
  • Custom short links;
  • QR code generation;
  • Link analytics and scan analytics;
  • Redirect rules and smart routing;
  • Custom domains;
  • Team and workspace management;
  • Campaign tracking;
  • API access, where available.

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

2. Accounts and Registration

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account.

  • You are responsible for:
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
  • All activity under your account;
  • Keeping your account information up to date;
  • Notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, violate these Terms, or create risk for LinkPul, our users, or third parties.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LinkPul for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or high-risk activities.

You must not create, share, redirect, or distribute links or QR codes that:

  • Lead to phishing, credential theft, malware, ransomware, spyware, or other harmful software;
  • Promote scams, fraud, impersonation, or deceptive financial schemes;
  • Violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
  • Contain or promote illegal products, services, or activities;
  • Distribute spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive marketing;
  • Bypass platform rules, security systems, access controls, or content moderation;
  • Redirect users to adult, violent, hateful, extremist, or otherwise harmful content where prohibited by applicable law or platform rules;
  • Interfere with, overload, or abuse LinkPul systems;
  • Misrepresent your identity, brand, organization, or affiliation.

We may review, block, disable, redirect to a warning page, suspend, or remove any link, QR code, domain, account, or content that we believe violates these Terms, creates risk, or may harm users or third parties.

4. Links, QR Codes, and Redirects

You are responsible for the destination URLs, content, campaigns, and materials connected to your short links and QR codes.

LinkPul does not endorse, verify, or control third-party destination websites. You are responsible for ensuring that your destination URLs comply with applicable laws, advertising rules, privacy laws, platform policies, and these Terms.

We may disable or restrict links or QR codes if:

  • They are reported as abusive or harmful;
  • They are detected as suspicious by our systems or third-party security tools;
  • They violate these Terms;
  • They create legal, security, compliance, or operational risk.

5. Analytics and Data

LinkPul may provide analytics such as clicks, scans, referrers, devices, browsers, approximate locations, timestamps, campaign parameters, and other performance indicators.

Analytics are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that analytics will be error-free, complete, real-time, or suitable for all reporting or compliance purposes.

You are responsible for obtaining any required consent from your users, visitors, or customers before using links, QR codes, tracking, pixels, cookies, or analytics in your campaigns.

6. Custom Domains

If you connect a custom domain to LinkPul, you represent that you have the right to use and control that domain.

You are responsible for:

  • Domain registration and renewal;
  • DNS configuration;
  • Domain reputation;
  • Compliance with registrar, hosting, and applicable policies.

We may reject, remove, or disable a custom domain if it is used for abuse, creates security risk, infringes third-party rights, or violates these Terms.

7. Plans, Billing, and Usage Limits

LinkPul may offer free and paid plans. Plan features, limits, pricing, and billing terms are displayed on the Pricing page or within the Service.

You agree to pay all applicable fees for your selected plan. Fees may be billed monthly, annually, or as otherwise stated at checkout.

We may update plan limits, pricing, and features from time to time. Where required, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

If payment fails or your subscription expires, we may downgrade, limit, suspend, or terminate access to paid features.

8. Free Plans and Trials

Free plans and trials may be subject to usage limits, feature restrictions, analytics retention limits, or other limitations.

We may modify or discontinue free plans or trials at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

LinkPul and its software, design, trademarks, logos, technology, and content are owned by LinkPul or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or exploit the Service except as permitted by these Terms or agreed in writing.

You retain ownership of the content, URLs, campaign materials, and data you submit to the Service. You grant LinkPul a limited license to process, host, display, route, analyze, and transmit such content as needed to provide the Service.

10. API Use

If API access is available, you agree to use the API responsibly and within published limits.

You must not use the API to:

  • Scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service;
  • Circumvent plan limits or access controls;
  • Create abusive links at scale;
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission;
  • Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

We may throttle, suspend, or revoke API access if we detect misuse or risk.

11. Security

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to LinkPul systems, accounts, data, or networks.

You must not:

  • Test, scan, or probe systems without authorization;
  • Introduce malware or harmful code;
  • Bypass rate limits, authentication, or security controls;
  • Interfere with the integrity, availability, or performance of the Service.

If you discover a security issue, please report it responsibly through our contact or security channel.

12. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services, websites, APIs, payment providers, analytics providers, or infrastructure providers.

We are not responsible for third-party services, content, policies, availability, or security. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service if:

  • You violate these Terms;
  • Your use creates legal, security, reputational, or operational risk;
  • You fail to pay applicable fees;
  • We are required to do so by law, court order, regulator, or platform provider;
  • Your account is inactive for an extended period.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Certain provisions of these Terms will continue to apply after termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions.

14. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkPul disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free;
  • All links or QR codes will always be available;
  • Analytics will always be accurate or complete;
  • Harmful or abusive links will always be detected before access;

The Service will meet all of your business, legal, or compliance requirements.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkPul will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkPul’s total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to LinkPul for the Service during the twelve months before the claim arose, or USD 100 if you used a free plan.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LinkPul, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service;
  • Your links, QR codes, domains, campaigns, or destination content;
  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Your violation of applicable law;
  • Your infringement of third-party rights.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
